gzone has appointed a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA and this Policy. You may contact the DPO for any privacy-related concerns using the contact details provided in Section 13 of this Policy.

3. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the gzone Platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and government-issued ID details (e.g., PhilSys ID number, passport number, driver's license number, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID number).
• Contact Data: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province, and ZIP code).
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account registration date, account status, and communication preferences.
• Financial Data: GCash number, Maya/PayMaya account details, bank account details (for bank transfer transactions), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account balance information. We do not store full credit card numbers; credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on the gzone Platform.
• Gaming Data: Game history, wagering activity, session duration, game preferences, bonus usage, and responsible gaming tool settings (e.g., deposit limits, self-exclusion status).
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, mobile network information, and unique device identifiers.

All third-party service providers engaged by gzone are required to process personal data only in accordance with gzone's instructions and applicable data privacy law, and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

gzone retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and KYC Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML record-keeping obligations under Philippine law.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of resolution of each support interaction.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with gzone's data disposal procedures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying gzone immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

gzone uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns, and support security functions. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function, including session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled.

11. Children's Privacy

The gzone Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. gzone does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If gzone becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact gzone support immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

gzone reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
